Terms & Conditions of Use
These Terms and Conditions of Use apply to your access of the domain and sub-domains of www.premiumfinancedirect.com (the "Site") and the services available by Premium Finance Direct, LLC. ("PF Direct") or its licensors or contractors at the Site. By visiting the Site, you agree to be bound by all of the Terms and Conditions of Use set forth below. If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Site.
All the data, information and materials located on the Site (the "Contents"), including all real time or other information and content as well as any software programs available on or through the Site, are protected by copyright, trademark and other forms of proprietary and intellectual property rights. All rights, titles and interests in and to the Contents are owned, licensed or controlled by PF DIRECT or its licensors ("Third Party Provider").
Using the Contents

Personal Information - Collection and Use
At PF DIRECT, protecting the privacy of nonpublic personal information is important to us. We respect your right to privacy and strive to keep nonpublic personal information about you secure and confidential. PF Direct reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to our Site at any time and for any reason.
User Representations and Warranties
You hereby represent and warrant to PF DIRECT that (i) you have all requisite rights and authority to agree to these Terms and Conditions of Use and to grant all applicable rights herein; (ii) the performance of these Terms and Conditions of Use shall not violate, conflict with, or result in a default under any other agreement, including confidentiality agreements between you and third parties, and (iii) any information submitted to PF DIRECT by you is true, accurate and correct and (a) shall not infringe or misappropriate any third party's copyright, patent, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right or proprietary rights of any kind; and (b) shall not violate any law, statute, ordinance or regulation (including without limitation those governing export control, unfair competition, anti-discrimination or false advertising).
Reservation of Rights
PF DIRECT and Third Party Providers retain all the intellectual property rights in and to all aspects of the services made available at the Site, the Contents and the Site, including without limitation any related patent rights, copyrights, trade secrets, trade names, service marks, associated goodwill, moral rights, and any other similar rights or intangible assets recognized under any laws or international conventions.
Indemnification
You, agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PF DIRECT, and its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, members and agents, from all damages, liabilities and expenses (and all legal costs including attorneys' fees, court costs, expenses and settlements) arising out of, connected with or resulting in any way from any violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use, or any applicable law by you.
Force Majeure
PF DIRECT shall not be liable for any delay or failure to meet its obligations hereunder due to natural circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to war, riots, insurrection, civil commotion, fire, flood, storm or inability to obtain necessary labor, materials or manufacturing facilities as a direct result of such natural disasters.
